Where do my files go?
The photos, videos and prompts you choose to use are uploaded to our cloud and sent to AI model providers only to generate your result. Uploaded photos and videos are deleted automatically after 30 days, are not used for advertising, and we do not sell them.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions, or manage it in the App Store. Billing is handled by Apple.
How do I request data deletion?
Open Settings → Delete My Data in the app to erase your uploads, creations and saved faces from our servers right away (your credit balance and purchase records are kept). Uploaded photos and videos are also deleted automatically 30 days after upload. You can email support@bunchofapps.co if you need help.
