1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Video Compressor (the “App”), provided by bunchofapps (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Video Compressor shrinks your videos so they're easy to share or email — all processed on your device, with a clear before/after of how much space you saved.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription and/or one-time purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use the App only with content you have the right to use, and only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.
6. Ownership
The App, its software, and branding are our property or our licensors’. Content you process remains yours.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
